Leveling passed level 40 Blacksmithing?

Is there a benefit for leveling passed 40 in blacksmithing? I don't see any improvement bonus of time reduction to research. Just wondering.

I'd assume they will add levels as the game grows and you'll be able to make new armor so... better level it to 50 now then later.

My thinking as well...I went ahead and plowed through to 50.

Holding off on the last 2 materials until I actually hit those VR levels though.

Same... took mine to 50 just in case.
Seemed odd that most the passives ended at 40.
So... it appears the next range (if any are added) would be 40-50
