@ZOS: Pls fix OP VR10s/bat swarm before PVP dies completely!

I'm a big fan of ESO, but the last week in particular has been full of headaches in PvP. Every, and I mean EVERY, zerg is led by VR10s spamming bat swarm. They invariably have ONE way of playing: don heavy armor, sword and board, walk into the opposing enemy forces shield extended and spam bat swarm. It is SO incredibly, mind-numbingly boring to watch.

Sure, those who know better will stay out of melee range. But most don't, and so just feed the opposing VR10 until there's virtually no opposition left, at which point his/her posse swoops in for the kill. It is BORING!

I realize a nerf is in the works -perhaps even in the process of being tested. But please release it before siege warfare dies completely.

I've been playing Auriel's Bow (sp?) since the beginning and have never seen the DC side so empty as this weekend. AD dominated by virtue of VR10s and bat swarm spamming. Did I mention it's just plain BORING!

Please fix this ASAP so that we can all get back to enjoying the game.

I'm on Daggerfall too.

I can't lay all the blame solely on AD. Ebonheart have their fair share as do we.

But you are right, it is boring.

I know a fair few people have already sacked PvP off. A few transferred to another campaign.

To be fair, as I said in another thread, PvP still needs a lot of work.

I am reading a lot of posts in here and about vamps but not even one thread mentions anything about the invisible vamps. They are just invisible always even without attacking anyone they can spam their ult (i wonder how they get ult points) and be invisible all the time.

Depending who you ask you will either get exploit or clever use of game mechanics.

Emperor passive, ultimate cost reduction, ultimate gain passives and some item sets can set you up nicely for almost infinite ultimate gain.

Basically means you can run into a zerg and spam bat swarm until everything around you falls over because people still haven't learned to move the hell out of the way.

It's cringe worthy to watch.

"Oooh look, a bat swarm .... HUG IT".

But, yeah, due to the constant damage and passive ultimate gains it can be spammed for as long as it's hitting people.

In my IRL circle, I know of at least 10 people who play ESO, 8 of them are ready to cancel subs over this vampire crap. I make number 9.

I'm in AD and all I see is DC vamps everywhere. I have a new found hatred for you DC lot because of it, lol!

Seriously though, it's not a pact thing, it's a vamp thing. And in 24hrs pretty much in the four different campaigns I've played have all pretty much been the same. Log in, it's all yellow, log in again 12hours later and it's all blue. (where are you reds?)

I was close to becoming a vamp just because of the mentality of 'if you can't beat me, join em' and the ONLY thing that has prevented me in doing so is my character's looks. She looks fantastic and I spent so much time on her face and features it would be a shame to ruin them with the ugliness of a vamp.

The vamp nerf was always going to happen, which again was the secondary reason I chose not the become a vamp. But there isn't enough in game balance, vamps need further nerfs.

The vampire ultimate makes it possible, which they are fixing in the next content patch, but it's DK's that are overpowered (and sorcs to a slightly lesser extent) in combination with gear and passives that reduce the ultimate cost, so they can just spam it. I am a nightblade vampire and I sure as hell can't do that.

It is lame regardless. It's a little silly to watch 30 people take on one player and half of them die, which I watched happen over and over last night.
