Rivenspire Questing (VR Content for EP)

I have a bit of a problem and am seeking some advice. I just turned VR3, and only have 5 quests left in Rivenspire till I have the achievement. Three of which are in my log waiting to be completed. At the same time I just got the achievement for discovering all the locations. These five remaining quests will not (obviously) level me up to VR5, which is about where the next zone starts. I am at about 99% completed with questing to this point in the previous VR content. I know once I hit the next zone I am going to get destroyed. I know this because I already have quests there and tried. So what is there left for me to until I level up a bit more? Is there something I missed?
