Clarification on "next attack" mechanics.

I use Blinding Flurry a lot(it's my main spam), and it has 6 seperate "attacks". Do mechanics such as surprise attack's "next attack deals x% bonus damage" apply to ALL of blinding flurries hits, or just the first low damage hit?

Good question, actually. I'd like to know, as well.

Next attack is the very next successful hit that causes damage, excluding already applied DOTS.

So in your case, its just the first 'hit' of Blinding Flurry (yes the low damage one).

The rule gets a little funny when the next hit is a channel and appears only to apply for the first second of the channel damage.
