can't start 'deadly whispers' quest

i can see the "door" to enter somewhere in the harborage to start 'deadly whispers' quest but i can't find any way to enter there. there's nothing there, the icon is in the air. i've been trying this one for weeks, but i never understood the point of this quest. anyone knows how to start 'deadly whispers' quest?

no, i can enter the harborage, but the quest starts inside, and the waypoint marks it in the air and i never can start it.
this is really weird, i've been trying it for weeks but nothing changes. also, looks like this quest is part of the main story, so, probably i'll be stuck if i couldn't solve this. this is how it looks like: http://postimg.org/image/ahkgai3jn/0 -
Alyrn_Grey✭✭✭Deadly whispers isn't a quest that you do in the harborage nor is it a main quest line quest. Instead it is a supplemental quest in the 1st 4 man public dungeon Spindleclutch. You start it and the go through the cave clearing areas while the troopers follow along burning eggs.0 -

✭weird, really weird, because it points me inside the harborage to a place that leads me to nowhere.
since it's not a main quest is it safe to delete it a forget this quest? or will i lose any important part if i delete this quest?0
