Low FPS Question
I usually run between 30 - 60 FPS depending on what I'm doing but at random times it will drop to 1 or even 0 and everything is paused for 10 - 20 sec. This will happen in a populated city or in the middle of nowhere. I tried to lower my setting from high to medium but that hasn't seemed to help.Is it my PC, which does need to be upgraded but is still pretty good, or is it the servers, maybe both?

I have the same issue. Even in the cities where I'll be getting 40-45 fps, it will sudden freeze for 5 seconds. Out in the open areas of the world, it'll still freeze, but less often. I've tried various "fixes" mentioned here in the forums, but nothing has helped.0
