XP and loot

Has ZM put xp and loot back in lvling dungeons or is it still 2-3xp per kill type of mess? I ask because I really wanted this to be one of my 2 MMos that I sub to, but I will not pay money for a "you have to quest only to lvl effectively game". I am a dungeon lover so xp and loot in dungeons is vital to my MMo enjoyment. Thx for any answers and news.
