Suggestion: after the first completed run you can repeat the group dungeon quest for the same amount of XP, but without gaining the reward item or skill point again. It would also help to follow the quest objectives if you are not certain anymore.
I see no reason why ZOS punishes group dungeon play by basically giving you 0 XP after the first run. I am at VR1 now, and I wish I could do dungeon runs instead of grinding quests again.
Zenimax implemented a great group experience, but fails to add motivation to repeat them. It should be reward-able not only items wise (which it is), but also XP/VR wise.
Every time I see somebody posting "LF Tank" I really would like to go because it's fun, but on the other hand I know it will cost me 1 hour without any character progression.
