Golden glow around health bar.

Occasionally I will mouse over a player and see a golden glow around their health bar. What does it mean?

think its when they are healing, someone has just casted a spell for healing

not sure, but quite possible

Thank you, that makes sense I guess. But one player with that glow that I saw this on was standing by me and a quest giver for quite some time, and the glow didn't go away. Might be a hot that lasts awhile? I couldn't find anything in the knowledge base about it.

I believe it is an important part of this game to keep us ignorant of exactly whats happening to you; makes no sense. Anything that effects you show show up in the character pane; it doesn't. The immersive argument is BS.

No, it is a golden glow around the healthbar that kind of pulses. I wouldn't call it a 'line'.
