Console Beta Sign ups- open

For some reason a month or two ago they closed the console beta sign ups. Then sometime a week or so ago they opened them back up. Here's a link to them. It's hit or miss. I signed up last year but I signed up again just in case. Sometime it's not working, other times it works fine, not sure what's going on. Anyway here you go. I thought if anyone needed to fill out a beta form now would be the time to do it if they haven't before.

Also a friend never got his confirmation email and I did after signing up twice. Note: that the confirm email sometimes goes to junk or spam.

Please ZOS tell us something. Anything lol. I love the game so much I had to buy it on pc to hold me over until it's out on ps4. I know dealing with Sony and Microsoft probably isn't fun or easy but we love your game and want to know something, anything. Just tell us that it coming along is good enough.

Have they actually had any beta tests for the consoles yet, or are they just taking applications so far?
