Class Skill Line Advancement Suggestion.

I'm unsure if the following has been suggested already but, I think it would be neat if there were veteran class skill unlocks. For example, once you reach V1, V5 or V10 rank, you will unlock new class skills with new abilities & passives and/or new morphs to existing spells & ultimate's for your particular class.
