Should I go with:
Seducer - Reduce cost of spells by 3%.
Magnus' Gift - 5% Chance to negate the cost of a spell.
Willow's Path - 3 Items-Adds 5% Spell Critical. 5 Items-During Daytime, increase all regeneration in combat by 20%.

Traisa✭✭✭I would go with Seducer. Anything that lowers magicka costs is a plus for anyone who relies on heavy magic use.1 -

✭Switch to DW or sword/board and do all three...
I run Seducer, Magnus, Ashen Grip w/ Warlock Jewelry...I am probably going to replace ashen or magnus with Willows Path. I just love breathing fire, so hate to drop ashen, but clearly magnus and willow are stronger for a true caster.--- HuntGod ---

so seducer x3, willow x2 + willow D staff, magnus x2 + magnus R staff. That what my friend uses with current open traits0
