If he's one of the paranoid or overly young who don't use/have credit cards, no. I believe that most major retailers should have the game cards now.----

no, i don't want to subscribe, i canceled it because i just found out that the Pre-Paid Time Cards on US and UK are cheaper, but i can't find any shop with it in portugal, so, i'd prefer to buy only the time code online.0
