To all the 90% who actually have a free mind: this game is destroyed and rushed and you can clearly see it in everything. From the guild system to pvp and bugged quests.

My bet is that over 50% of the potential player base is already gone.

Sorry ESO I love your world..but not when my abillties lags and the games poor design disencourages me from playing...

I'm sorry you are not enjoying your time in ESO. I hope you can find a home for you that fits your gaming needs.

I have had a lot a fun with the game and very few bugs which stopped my progress, but I realize everyone's experience is different.

I really do hope you find what you are looking for out there!

    I have a free mind and I'm a fan.

Some don't have a free mind, and they tend not to be fans, they're pre-conceived trolls. Fine, I have no problem with that, there's room on a forum for all types.

My position is based on the fact that (1) I have only encountered one bug thus far, which was quickly resolved, and (2) I don't have a problem discussing these things with people who hold a different position to me.

Good luck to the OP in whatever game he moves on to, or returns to. No game caters for everyone, and if this one didn't cater to him then I guess the rest of us will live with that.

Farewell. I've experienced relatively few bugs myself compared to other MMO launches I've participated in. I didn't get the bank bug, nor did the majority of any of my guildmates, I was able to complete the main storyline fine for all areas and am now into Veteran content as well, and all my skills seem to work correctly/without delay unless the server is misbehaving, which has not been frequent. I've never fallen through the world, have no trouble staying on my mount, and have always had members show up correctly when in a group dungeon after we've teleported to the player. Perhaps I'm just lucky, but somehow I think folks more over exaggerate how often stuff crops up.

That isn't to say some stuff wasn't bugged (like Northpoint got fixed right as I got to it), or isn't..but they do appear to be fixing the majority of the bigger quests and such before the large bulk of the population gets there. I have no doubt some people fall through the world, or get dismounted, but they act like it's a very common occurrence for all people when it doesn't seem to be.

I would not at all recommend anyone stay away, but rather try the game and form their own opinions instead of listening to reviews, whether the reviews be positive or negative.

I would probably recommend the OP steer clear of any MMO within the first few months of launch.

I played the beta; therefore, I know they are fixing bugs, and fast.

Can you create a non biased poll on the forum please so we can fact check your 90% number. I want to make sure that 90% of the actual player base feels that this game is destroyed and rushed.

Also start another poll about the 50% of customers already gone.

I am not going to comment on this thread as you told people who like it to stay away, but only to encourage you to show us proof of numbers. Otherwise it seems like you are pulling it all out of your *** and exaggerating.

@ OP though, that's fine. There are bugs. There always will be.

If you can't stand playing through what's there now, just unsub for a couple of months and try again later.

    No harm in doing that.

As long as there are updates and changes there will be bugs.

There is an old Calvin and Hobbs comic scene. Calvin catches a bug in his house and takes it outside and let's it go, as he turns his back three more bugs fly in the open door.

People that understand IT understand this.

Seeing that the game is only month old, it has surprisingly few bugs which actually blocks your journey.

Sure there have been few, such as Asmalah not spawning, but they have been avoidable by logging on in early morning to avoid large amount of players.

I'm currently Veteran rank 8 and nowadays I mostly just see typos in the Quest texts and that's it. Sometimes maybe relog or two and I can continue.

You gotta allow time for the bugs to get sorted out, and you can bet they will be. If I were making the decision to stay right now I'd base it on design decisions & philosophies, rather than current polish. 3 months from now, that could change but it's too early imo.

Alright guys, I don't think there's any need to be mean to the OP.

He's obviously frustrated with some aspect of the game. Perhaps we can help instead of just mocking?

So, to the OP, is there some problem/problems in particular you ran up against?

I mean, maybe nothing can be done and OP will just quit, but I suggest to him that it might be better to take a break and come back to the game later on.

I don't mind an opinion in a debate, I don't mind difference in opinion either. I've been debating politics and union rights for many years. Worked as well with union work for many years, and had my share of discussions and disagreements.

But OP, sorry mate, you don't give anything to debate or discuss. Your error is that you're dealing in absolutes (no, that does not make you a Sith lord). These absolutes is simply that your opinion is the 1 correct objective opinion and everyone else is simply wrong, because you say so.

In the future if you're to make a post about opinions, share them as opinions and not absolutes. If you have any views on why you think this game is broken and doesn't work out, share them.

No idea how many people have left the game.

But I just have to chuckle at posts on a forum that start or end with something like the above.

So you demand a rant thread from only people that agree with you.

    Amazing.

    1) You address this to people who think for themselves
    2) You tell them what to think about the game

    Not too smart.

I have a free mind and I can and already have decided for myself that I am enjoying the game enough to keep playing.

It seems some still are gaming in "1984".

Maybe the OP should include a list of important bugs and exploits that have taken place to strengthen his opinion.

note: those who did not understood the "1984" sarcasm, read the book.
