Structured Established Gaming Community Looking for ESO Section Leader

Hello,
We are DiG, an 18+ gaming community invested in several games. Our Guild within ESO, Out of Exile, is currently 83 members strong and leveling at a steady pace with 14 vet rank members. The guild has a community background and a progression PVE focus. There is a crafting council established with mechanics in place to help supply the guild, along with a sister trading guild to bring in income for the guild. We have a lot of elements in place, and structure being built, but we lack a true Guild Leader.
The Section Leader pre-launch bailed 2 weeks before early access started, leaving a void in leadership. That position was then filled by an enthusiastic, yet untested, guild leader who dodged responsibilities and let down on commitments. Through all this, the membership base has steadily increased and members have stayed positive. Our second guild leader has now stepped down and we are once again on a hunt for somebody who has a true commitment to ESO, the time to invest in the position, and leadership qualities.
Now this may sound like a challenge, to take charge of a community this far into a game, but you will have support. The community admins are there to help in any way possible. There are plenty of tools in place to continue recruitment and mold the guild to your vision. A premium Teamspeak and Website, just two on the list. We are open to bringing other people in to support you and are very enthusiastic to have a great person heading up this great guild.
What we are looking for in our Section Leader is a mature charismatic person, who is both approachable and knowledgeable. Past leadership experience is a requirement. Someone who has a “get it done” attitude, but not a tyrant. Progression driven through organization and structure.
This really is a great community and membership core and with tools already in place to help, it’s an genuine opportunity for a great leader to thrive. This isn’t saying the job will not be demanding, as anybody who’s run a guild knows it is no cake walk.
