Hey folks, I am sick of guild jumping due to unmet expectations, and decided to try here for one last attempt before I call it a bust and build one with my friends.
Looking for a PVE Guild for VR content(PvP is always fun, but don't want it to be the focus)
What this means to me:
1. The guild actively forms groups for VR content and Dungeons daily.
2. Members are active and ready to jump into dungeons/content.
3. Some form of TeamSpeak, Raidcall whatever
4. Active Officers, and Guild Leader on Daily (even if its just a check in)
5. Website and Application process, forums for discussion.
What it doesn't mean:
1. Trade guilds. I have 4 trade guilds, I don't need another one, and I don't care if the guild feels it needs 500 members immediately. Most PVE guilds I have joined have diminished into nothing more than trade guilds, and poor ones at that.
2. Guild bank is the personal property of guild leaders and officers. If this is you, don't bother me. A PVE guild bank should be utilized to be stocked up with gear, consumables, items that become necessary as you enter into VR content in order to bring about victory. Appointing Officers to distribute is totally acceptable, as long as people have access to items on guild runs etc.
3. "I'm the Leader and my two best friends are the officers"....Go away....I don't wish to speak with you, or any other control freaks for that matter.
4. Zone chat spam invites.....it's not about the numbers, it's about success. Advertising in Zone chat is fine, guilding random people with no screening or app process just allows numerous negative things to occur.
