Thank you for the 5 ''free'' days

Thank you for recognizing that things were FAR from perfect at first (there's still a way to go) but as a player, I appreciate that you're able to recognize ''oops my bad'' things. You can't change what happened, etc but the 5 days added bonus is still welcomed. For an MMO launch, I still think it was fairly smooth. I've seen a lot worse. I've seen about this smooth too. Never really much better.

You've taken care of a lot of bugs. So Kudos to that. Take care of them darn farmers, especially the ones in low level dungeons (they are in high level too) but when a player has to try to kill a mob 15x to get credit, it really sucks. New players are more likely to move on from those negative experiences. I've seen some GM's sporadically but I'd like to see more. I'd like to see one GM moving back and forth in each zone checking out dungeons at least 8 hours per day for a good month. It won't eliminate the problem completely but trust me, it will reduce it by A LOT. Also, get a darn authenticator, guys. The hacked account number is going to be reduced by a lot. I'd go to your store and order one RIGHT NOW if it was available.

Or you can be innovative and find a way to have some online authenticator that will ONLY be given to verified accounts. Verified by either phone number, credit card, paypal account, etc. If you're not verified, you can't leave the starter area and you can't enter dungeons in the starter area. This would need some work obviously. We do not want people who have legitimate accounts to not be able to verify and then have to quit the game and be super angry but I feel that with some work, it could be done. What are the bots going to do? Have 500 accounts related to the same number? Yes, they do steal credit card numbers from those who are stupid enough to go buy gold from their websites but they will be reported eventually...The person will notice that their CC is being charged....Eventually, the account will have to be restored to the true owner, they will need to change their credit card and verify it somehow.

I am sure that someone will poke a ton of holes in my idea. That's fine. I don't want to have it so legitimate players can't play as I said. That's more of a concern to me than bots, etc. I'm just throwing out some ideas here and if they get read by someone
at Zeni and they think that they can build on it with the imput of the community, then great. If someone sees it a totally different way and shows me how moronic my idea would be because of something that I didn't think about, that's fine too. I'll keep thinking because I belong to this community. You do too. I want to try to help us have the most fun when we're trying to relax...

PS: WE NEED A GENERIC OR A SUBMIT YOUR IDEAS FORUM, ZENI!!! We're puttng these types of posts a bit everywhere for now. It's not good for us and not good for you!!

If you would like to submit feedback, type /feedback in-game.

Not that you can't post this here, but since you mentioned wanting a location for feedback...

I agree with the statement. Also want to mention that since a long time, about days of WoW vanilla i didn't enjoy questing as much as i do now in ESO.

A big ty for the 5 days. Its really on the + side for me, i might have missed something like a day due to downtime and so on, so 5 days is really generous from my perspective.

I'd also like to add that i enjoy the quests. And im a player that hates quests in mmo these days, I never thought id like to quest again. Big thumbs up from me!

Hey. I knew about the /feedback and I do use it but I gave you an ''insightful'' (for what it matters) so that people who didn't know about it can now use it if they read this.

I like the /feedback but I'd love a forum option because it's more community work. I may use /feedback and they may think ''that would never work'' but if I post something on here and people add, change, redo part, etc...then we may come out with something pretty nice at the end. It's why I was saying that. Either way, I enjoy reading others feedback. Some are rude sometimes but it's rare. You mostly meet nice people who have an opinion that you can learn from.

Some may feel this is ''granola'' type talk but if you're not learning from others, who are you learning from? And Google is made by people ;p
