Changelog out of date?

Under addons it says changelog is out of date. It's not a mod I installed. What is this? Thanks.

Go to My Documents -> The Elder Scrolls Online -> Addons and open file CHANGELOG in notepad and paste contents here. It is almost certainly an addon.

Yeah, I looked and don't see any files anywhere named, changelog.

Found it, it's the new mod: PotionMaker causing this, I'll let the author know.
