I'm not being offered this quest (last mages guild quest). Shalidor doesn't appear and when I talk to Valaste she says something about....lets monkey rum butter???
There's nothing in my quest log so I can't even abandon it and retake it. Any ideas?

I just did this last night. I think Shalidor spawns right there in the guild hall. Did you try the usual relogging thing?

Yep, loads of times. I submitted a ticket but they just sad it would be fixed in the last patch. It wasn't and neither were any of the other quests I've had to leave because of bugs.

You need mage guild level 6 or 7. It depends on your mage guild lvl not on character level

Really? someone from my guild told me they did it at lvl 4 mages guild.

I don't think I'm very high in Mages Guild - don't use many of their skills - but I got the quest and finished it.

pretty sure its not, I have been waiting to get level 6's fire rune forever, and I already finished the last quest of the guild.

seems like a bug to me.
