Dragon Knight "molten weapons" proc

I keep randomly getting this proc called "molten weapons" that shows up as an active effect on my character. But the only molten weapons I can find is in the Earthen Heart tree, and I have NOT put a skill point in it. I'm using a 2H weapon. Does anyone know what it causing this?
