•What is your guild’s name? Does that name have a special history of significance?
Honour of the North. The guild Dark Honour was formed in Rift and a few of us came to be very good friends in our time there. We have played a few games since our time in Rift and always kept what we called the "Honour Theme" as pun to our original guild leader who "couldn't spell honor correctly".
•When was your guild formed? Tell us the story of how the guild came to be.
The ESO edition of our Honour Themed guild was formed unofficially during Beta and officially on the first day of early access.
•What alliance has your guild sworn fealty to?
We are an Ebonheart Pact guild.
•Why did you choose that alliance?
During the Beta sessions our member's preferred the zone's and quests of the Ebonheart Pact.
•How many members does your guild currently have?
We currently have 126 members. So we do have a guild bank and store for all of our member's to use as they wish.
•Does your guild have a website?
We do! The address is: www.honourofthenorth.us
•What times and days is the guild most active?[/b]
We have member's on most of the time, with the majority of our activity being in the evening's and weekends.
•What countries do your members span?
The majority of our member's are in the US, spanning from east to west coast.
•What activities in ESO do your members enjoy doing together most?
Questing, dungeoning and having a good time are our primary grouping activities.
•What does your guild focus on in-game? Do your members prefer delving dungeons together, fighting for keeps in Cyrodiil, roleplaying in the taverns, crafting and trading, or a combination?
We focus primarily on PvE content and crafting. We do enjoy the occasional roleplay nights and from time to time can be found PvPing, but our main focus is the challenge and camaraderie associated with PvE content.
•What makes your guild unique?
The way we play. We don't rush to get to the max level, we prefer to take our time and enjoy the game. We don't go out of our way to grief other's, we prefer going out of our way to help other's. We believe work and family always come before the game and we strive to build lasting friendship's with our member's. We don't care if we have the biggest guild, as long as we can become good friends with the member's we have, and last but definitely not least, we believe you play the game to have fun, and the best way to have fun is to play the way you want. When we run group content, we don't care if you have some off the wall build, as long as YOU are having fun and YOU can play your lass effectively... which you you probably can, we don't care what you bring. The game is here for fun and we will find ways to fun, no matter what.
•Is your guild part of a larger alliance of guilds? Why did you join them?
We have a guild specifically for our crafters. We know it can be very costly to expand your bank space and as a crafter, it fills fast. So we formed a "bank guild" so our dedicated crafters have an additional 500 bank slots to store mats, recipe's and traited armor as well as a place that Honour of the North crafters can assist each other to become Tamriels best crafters.
•Does your guild ever host special events? If so, tell us about them!
We run dungeon groups most evening's and would like to host guild dungeon races in the future. We also intend to have adventuring groups when Craiglorn content is realesed.
•What is your favorite or most memorable moment as a guild so far in ESO?
When
@Dzargul, our guild leader, found his first Motif. It was 3 weeks after launch before he finally found one. But to his disappointment he found the Motif of the race he had chosen! To hear his reaction was priceless.
•Does your guild secretly (or not so secretly) follow a specific Daedric Prince? If so, which one?
We do not, we prefer killing Daedra!
•After a long day of adventuring, where does your guild enjoy gathering to wind down?
We usually don't make it much farther than /sitchair after our tiring adventures.
•Tell us five fun facts about your guild..
1. It is ALWAYS
@Dzargul's fault, always, no matter what... blame him.
2. We have the very best face-pulling healer's in all of Tamriel.
3. We have the funniest drunken tank death's you will ever see.
4.
@Dzargul is hated by raid bosses. They enjoy killing him and only him then resetting.
5. Despite everything, we always finds way have to a good time, laugh at our of the wall comeback victories and painfully silly failures.
•If people are interested in joining your guild, who should they contact?
You could contact
@Dzargul, our guild leader or
@Xaqshnr01 @Heatherbot @Sarif260 @Hildana @Meandering our officers. If that fails, anyone in our guild can invite you, so ask around!
