Mentor System please

I don't know about everyone else, But I for one Loved the Mentor system in EQ2, where we could group with our friends, and click on them, and mentor them ( reduce our level down to theirs) you would still keep all your skills and armour Etc, it would just be watered down to your friends level, It made doing dungeons with friends much better, Because you didn't have to worry about keeping at the same level as your buddies as you or they could just mentor down.

Would you like this kinda of system in ESO?

PS: I would do this as a Poll but I am not sure how

I went Skyshard hunting the other day in lowbie zones and fell off my horse on all the quests, dungeons I missed. Be great to join up with people below my level and get some sort xp/ability to loot again

I would like it if the mentor system included the ability to assist others who are on quests that you are out of phase for.

For instance, you join a group that is doing an area that you have cleared and is now all happy soldiers and what not, but since you are participating in their quest, you can see the monsters and such.

That would be an epic improvement to the current system. It would allow me to group with friends that are lower level or convince friends to come to the game who aren't interested in playing by themselves but also don't want to sit around when nobody else is there. That way people can join anyone, whenever, with whomever they happen to be at the time.

It would also give all the people crying at top levels something to do!

I would love to do this and help other people, instead I'm stuck getting 1k VP on VR1 quests.
