Prismatic Trait/Enchant

How cool would it be if the devs added the enchantment or a trait off of the Prismatic weapon, Like Dawnbreaker from Skyrim. I know Dawnbreaker is an Ultimate, but if it's on the Prismatic Weapon, why can't we be able to craft soemthing like that.
