Guild Ranks should it stay the same or be increased

I have been playing this game for a wile and one thing that i have noticed is there are only 4 possible ranks you can have between the guild master and newly recruits, do you believe that this is more effective or should they add more to make a better hierarchy? In my opinion i think they should add more for the soul purpose of Rp goups who live on a Hierarchy system
