Creater Potion Not In My Inventory

Hi, last night I "crafted" some potion, three different type actually.
After that I go in my inventory to see how many I got of each and one of stack is not there.. it was (not sure about the name) a unstopable, increase weapon power and stamina recovery.
Has it happen to anyone else ?
