(About Stats) Health, Stamina & Magicka Regeneration?

t.claudio.usnub18_ESO
I am a bit confused, I just leveled to vr 2 and upon level I saw that my health and stamina became soft cap, I know that when we gain vet ranks we also gain 10 points to each magicka, health and stamina but not the little stats like regeneration, however that is unless regeneration is effected by the amount of magicka, health and stamina we have, then it makes sense.

So my question is does the amount of magicka, health and stamina increase regeneration rates on stamina, health and magicka?

I believe you get a small boost to regeneration every level, but most of your regeneration comes from passives and gear.

This could be wrong, but I read in beta that the amount regenerated per tick was a percentage of your total pool for that stat. Someone please correct me if I am wrong here.

That may be correct, but I was pretty sure that the number was actually a flat this-is-how-much-you-get-per-second number.

the amount of regeneration you have is directly correlated to the amount of the stat, the amount, % or derivation of the regeneration and its specific correlation is unknown but it is derived from the main stat. If you made a char with all attribute points in one stat it would be quite apparent.

I am fairly certain that the number you see is how much you get back per second.

The only way I have seen to affect the regen rates is from Active abilities, being a vampire (loss of health regen), skill passives, armor/weapon/equipment, Mundus stones and Drinks. I am not sure if it is increased per veteran level.

its every 2 seconds, so says the tooltip when you hover over it, plus what i said above, but passives from buffs like mundus, vamp etc do also effect it.

Ok so your main stat (M/H/S) amount does indeed increase regeneration?

You gain health, magic, and stamina every lvl naturally, the amount of each stat give you a bounces too regin, iv already tested this, however health need more of in order too make the regin higher, i have 2222 health the soft cap is 2627 for my lvl, im stacking 24 health regin, and i only have 57 soft cap is 46. hope this helps
