CE Map Drops

Been Using my CE Maps as Veteran in Daggerfall. The loot in every zone through Alik'r is the same. Blue light armor (legs and chest) and 2-handed weapon. Confirmed with 1 other person. Anyone else consistently getting the same (non-randomized) drops?

U're lucky, i don't even get blue items, always green and common stuff as a veteran in Rivenspire

Guys, if you loot CE Treasure Chests in VR zones, check what weapons you get!
Some of us only get lvl50 1handed weapons, while 2handed weapons (Swords and Staves) seem to get properly scaled.

Looks like a Bug to me ... so do all a favour and /bug it...

I got a mix, some gave me 2 blue weapons, other times i got several green items. Seems random enough ...

Its pretty much always the same. A mix of 3 pieces from your primary weapon type and armor used, probably based off the skill level of each.

I have multiple weapons and armor at lvl 50, and it's always the same drops. 3 blues light chest and legs and a blue 2-hander. Pretty ridiculous indeed and the person that's getting the same thing is a Templar where I'm playing Sorc on this char.

Anyway to store these CE maps without taking up inv/bank space? seems like a kick in the teeth to those players who paid the extra money for the imperial edition to penalised for holding onto the damn things!

SQ, but just to confirm,-so if I hold onto these until Vet level they drop Vet (if only blue) level gear?
Do the regular treasure maps work the same way?

Whole different issue, though I don't disagree (stupid trophy's). I just wanted to see if others were getting the exact same drops in Vet zones at the minute.

Yes they do, any zone where you'll be a vet (not original faction) will drop loot at the corresponding vet level.

I had two blue weapons on my very first chest and none since, just a bunch of green crap. I guess I have found about 1/3 from EP, and only 3 from AD and none from DC. I am still only level 12 (highest character).

Also pretty annoyed to learn that the chests scale to your level so your best saving them for VR levels.

Only the gear scales at vr levels. Weapons and shields do not.

What are you on about? The weapons have scaled for me. Or are you talking bout the issue with some world bosses still dropping lvl 50 instead of vet lvl items?

The weapons from the CE maps remain at level 50, they don't scale up to VR levels.

Funny, I just pulled to v5 2-handed mauls out of Bangkorai in a row with CE Maps. Yes I got the double maps sent to me (stupid bug), I'd rather have my 30 bank slots and materials back.

I've only tried a few of mine so far, and i got crap loot from them, but that was at low lvls, so ill hang on to mine for now until i get to max vet lvl

That's the answer I was looking for, confirmed that vets are getting different drops from CE Maps. My friend and I seem to get the same basic loot every zone. Only thing that changes is stam/magicka on the armor and the type of 2 hander. Just that spiteful beast named RNG.

Do any of you guys get any traits on any of the items in VR on all types of map chests. Only useless simple blues untill now.
