Lalai✭✭✭✭What chaosme said, it's an attack that needs to be interrupted. It didn't one-shot everyone in my group (we were all around the higher end of the level spectrum for that one) but it does a huge chunk, so if every one of them is going off you're gonna have a bad time.Fisher extraordinaire!
