Foundary Tactical Combat transparency?

I can't figure this out. I have the Foundary Tactical Combat mod installed, but my health/magicka/stamina and target bars are pretty transparent. It's hard to see, and when I looked on youtube videos, these bars are not transparent. Am I missing something?
