Icon-replacer

Hey folks,
before the launch I was really excited to create an icon-replacer addon to simplify some skillicons and to make them more UI-friendlier. At least in my sense of icondesign.
Anyway I can't find any img files in the TESO folders thus I just ask right here: Does anybody know if the API allows access to icons in any way?
