    Our small guild is thinking about leaving. From day one have been trying to get some customer service and have 0 response other than a cookie cutter letter. Talked with ZOS_shannonm through pm and thought progress was being made although it has stalled out again.

    I doubt that our ten or so folks will matter in the larger scale of things. Although it does suck not having been able to enjoy the supposed free month or play.

    You've only made 4 posts on the forum, and 3 of them have been about this alleged miscarriage of justice. However, you have yet to actually explain what the problem is.

    My bet is that you have an issue that CS can't actually assist with, which is usually the case when CS can't help you.

    I cancel hulu about once a month, and then find myself on a train wanting to watch the latest daily show or something and resub. Each time I feel a tad dirtier "Oh yes please charge me money AND make me watch the same commercial 5 times per show!"
    Fact of the matter is as long as it suites a need your going to keep handing em your money. Gnash your teeth and pull out your hair, scream on forums till your blue in the face, aint nothing going to change till you stop f_____ng paying for it.
