Offline Character Profile Web Page

I'd like to view my characters offline. Mainly so I can check out their specs, plan, etc and also I keep forgetting what zone/alliance they are so I can give context to some of my posts.

The Workplan has me finishing the software in around 700 hours and I am about 14 in, so lol its not like it will be tomorrow, but we do have a working plugin that populates the database and we have some forward facing code to see here:
