Guild Mail and Officer chat never going to be a part of the game?

I find it very weird that its no way to send mails to the whole guild, even weirder that the officer chat doesnt work. Anyone know if this is going to change? I dont know how to get messages around to the right people with the ingame features, without telling one and one, which is a really really bad way to do it.

Why are the forums so limited? Just a question, never seen such an official forum before.

More that its an new game and lots of features are missing including reply on mail.
How you can not click on guild in chat to switch to that channel, not invite to group by click on character in chat and so on.

It works for me very well, click to get the list and click to select, two clicks yes but hardly a pain. Maybe you haven't discovered how to do it.

All these things are better related through the in-game /feedback command

It's the only avenue of feedback for the game, though people are very slow to realize it

I guess you have to use the Guild announces page until they get it implemented : ) (if they're going to)
