Why can't I get the NPC woman for the Werewolf Quest Hircins Gift to show up?
I have the ww bite / i went to riften, to the statue, no quest giver no women npc to ask me or give me quest. According to a youtube vid she should automatically come there to talk to you. I got the bite and directly went to the town. Now only other thing is im 14 a smidgeon from 15. I don't know if its the lvl or if im bugged but i definitely have the bite, showing on my character. Does it have to be fullmoon for the npc to show up too? Im baffled cant find anyone to tell me as if its some secret. Any help would be appreciated. I may not even be able to complete it but Id love to get the quest just so I know what im up against. Thanks anyone that can advise me on where the quest giver has disappeared to..
