So I dinged 50 yet my racial passive keeps being at 99,9% 49 ?
Game.. guys.. ZOS.. who ever..
why is on this toon suddenly my third and last passive not jumping to 50 when I apparently hit 50, instead it is stuck at 49 with a full yellow bar?
I am not even frustrated anymore about these things.. it just gets boring... there are so many things like this appearing on a daily basis....
