I agree and they have maintenance areas instead of stables were you can build or buy upgrades on speed being mechanical it would not have to have a stamina bar so maybe a special stone that would power it that you would have to charge occasionally that would rock!0 -

Khajiit thinks that she wants to ride a man or a mer for a mount. Argonians have horns and they will hurt if they head butt this one.

I know it's not keeping with the lore to go outside the realm of horses but so what! I say spice it up and add some fun mounts! Also that spider mount is not stupid so stop being cynical or go away
