Molag Bal BUG - REQUIRES CS Action

So I fight to Molag and finally get to fight him. I died multiple times getting there and a few times while trying to get him dead. Finally I get him down and move in for the final blow.. which I cannot do as he's just kneeling there and there is no option/choice/prompt to finish him off. What's my reply from Customer service? Oh we know its an issue, please leave the area and redo it again. Blink blink. Wait.. I have to repair, get new pots to go again.. and you want me to EAT the cost of this due to YOUR bugs? I had to force quit out of the game because it said I was still in combat. I Went back in and he was bugged standing there, full health, and I couldn't attack him. In frustration I logged off and went to cool down watching some TV. I come back and the whole quest has reset to the start. So I have to REDO what I just spent like 2 hours doing because YOU can't program? And you're going to make ME suffer to do it again? What happens if it bugs a 2nd time? Are your CS reps going to tell me to rerun the quest a 3rd time? This is totally unacceptable. This game is so broken in so many ways, its not WORTH the sub fee your asking players.. no no.. BETA TESTERS to pay to play. I feel sorry for those who pick this up for consoles.
I've used ingame tickets multiple times to get someplace with this and all I get is, submit a bug report or do the quest again. This is not acceptable solutions to YOUR failings in this. I choose the same person to sacrifce as a guildmate so that is TOTALLY not the blocking point for the end.
The fight was challenging and maddening but I was happy when it was over.. only to find out it was bugged. This should NOT be on me to redo it again to get past this issue. Punishing your players is not the way to keep them.
