If only game support was as quick as forum mods deleting peoples negative opinions of the game.

Forum mods have nothing to do with the game..,

So, if CSR were faster than light, that would even be better.
The number one rule of online gaming is now and has always been, Never play on Patch Day.

You can openly criticize the game in a constructive way that does not violate the code of conduct. There are plenty of threads on this forum, and various other forums that do that.
CSRs have nothing to do with these forums. The mods do. When that is your sole job and the number of threads is indeed minimal compared to the vast number of tickets that have been placed, you're going to see a faster response time in the forums. You always will.

Maybe the mods should go help the 1 person fixing bugs in this game than.

Again, that's not their job nor their specialty. Nor should it be. I understand your dissatisfaction with customer service, and truly, I doubt there is a consumer involved with this game right now that will disagree with that discontent, but if you don't understand the difference, you probably should spend more time in education than on these forums.

The "mods" are actually customer service reps. It is their job to help people. Jessica and Gina are community managers, the former being the "top dog" in said field.

You're proving my point entirely. It's not a wonder if you've posted a thread that wasn't constructive in feedback, why it was deleted. Sorry your precious sensitivities were shattered, but you're not special, snowflake.

This is going nowhere fast, might as well /close.

The point is, the people that moderate the forum are not programmers, they are public relations people that likely have the same knowledge of programming, scripting, etc as that average first world citizen.

The ones that actually can make changes to the game are too busy doing just that to come in here and comment, that is where the PR people come in... See how that works?

I must be the only one having issues with this game, seems the rest of you are to busy with the *** in your mouth.
