Login issue **HELP**

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yw-ci5HUKzALast time I could log in was April 13, I played for about 2 weeks with no issue. I was gone a week and when I tried again on the 18th I get suck as the video above represents.
I've tried every solution to include contacting Customer tech support and what I could find online to include:
Repairing
Re-installing
Opening my firewall
Updating my network drivers
DMZing my computer
Turning off my firewall
Changing my DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
Everyone once and a while I get get in the game but it disconnects me about 15 seconds later. I can get in game and play if I tether my phone but I don't even have 3G in my area so the latency hits about 1k. This is the ONLY game I have ever had issues like this. Every other game runs great.

dethconnSoul ShrivenSoo yeah I finally found a way to be able to play. On a desperate prayer I tried out WTFast and it worked..game ran great played for hours no issues. If you are having the same issues I am and you have tried everything else give it a shot. Hopefully its a temporary fix until ESO can fix what the real issue is.0
