How do I move ESO to a different folder?

Hi, I want to move my Zenimax online folder to my SSD from my harddrive.
Last time I tried to do this was in the beta before the last beta.
After I had moved it to my SSD, I started the launcher and then the launcher wanted to redownload the entire game, obviously this is something I don't want to do because I have already downloaded it all. I just want to move ESO to my SSD.
Zenimax, please provide me with steps on how to do this correctly so that the game wont start redownloading everything.

Belrim✭✭✭Just copy and paste the whole Zenimax folder to the SSD, after this, modify your desktop icon to point to the new folder, or launch the game directly from the launcher-folder on the SSD.
After making sure that this works, delete the original installation folder from old HDD.
