Sword and Shield passive suggestion - Spellblade

Anyone else think they should had some sort of passive to sword and shield that improves skill damage if you dont equip a shield?
So you can go sword in only one hand. Maybe equip some sort of orb or similar in the offhand instead
Something such as:
Spellblade – increases weapon & spell damage by 2/4/6%
When not having a shield equipped.

No becuse then they should make a new skill line for it becuse the skill line passives dont fit the orb.
First they can fix one hand a shield before they bother to try to add new items in the game
