Rune Focus.

How does Rune Focus compare to Immovable and Spiked Armor in terms of armor bonuses? Is it higher or lower? And what is your opinion on its morphs, especially Channeled Focus? I obviously can't use Spiked Armor, but I am doubting between Rune Focus and Immovable to put in my last slot. I need to use it for both pve and pvp.

In terms of armor rune focus provides significantly more.

Channeled focus is pretty gimp right now but it's buffed on the PTS. Restoring is amazing for tanking.
