What decides which Armor type I receive from the CE chests?

Up until Vet Rank 2 I was receiving heavy armor, and since then I've only received light armor. How can I make it go back to heavy?

Hypersillyman✭✭✭I always seem to get loot that is designed for my build. It's never been purely random. That's with the CE chests. The other treasure chests that you get from dropped maps are extremely random. I've opened several and haven't ever gotten anything truly useful. Could be just me though.LFG Fippy Darkpaw. PST.0 -

@Csub Yes, CE treasure chests will give you VR leveled loot when you're in a VR zone, but it's still going to be scaled to the zone level, not your character level.Talking of which, since we get only one map for each zone, does keeping them for VR zones worth it? Can we still find them with level appropriate loot?
Just like any other treasure chest.
