PS4/XBOXone -Trials on console and voice communication.

I am playing on pc right now to hold me over until the ps4 version comes out and recently I started to worry. Ok so im not sure what Xboxone has for communication options or how many can be a party chat but I do know for ps4 we have one option and that's party chat for 8 people.
After watching the trials of craiglorn pretty much all night I have decided that you need every single one of those 12 people talking to eachother to even come close to finishing a trial. I really hope ZOS offers some type of voice chat. At least just for 12 people in trials. I'd really like to see a guild chat for pvp but trials is important for doing the best possible. What are your thoughts?
