Shades of green issues
There is a quest line called Shades of Green, and a part in it doesn't seem to be completable on my end. You have to drive off some NPCs, but I cannot find how to.
So, I looked online for assistance, watched some videos and read some topics. Apparently there is a person you're suppose to talk to to start another quest that is supposed to let you continue.
Despite all the suggested locations of where to find him, I simply cannot!
I don't know if the quest randomly spawns his location, but I just can't find him.
I think this quest needs a little fixing. Is anyone else having these issue.
