20 epic items deconstructed, 3 purple refinements

Zenimax don't you understand players don't want a grind? Considering how boring gear is anyway (with nothing more than slight stat increases) it's a wonder anyone crafts. But to add insult to injury you make materials far too rare and don't provide a reasonable way to get them from the community (ie no auction house).

Please make adjustments to these areas and other quality of life issues so that we can expect the game to stay healthy and not lose customers.

Oh and check your math. Three attempts to refine to epic at 80 percent with 3 failures means your math is broken. Probably intentionally.

Not to be nitpicky, but you can not say their math is wrong after three attempts. 80% is an average. If you continue to have the same success after say 1000, than say something.

If you dont want to grind, don't craft. Why does everything need to be easy. Quest and collect ad you go. I have more than enough mats must by doing quests.

And that's why I hate RNG.
If it is not 100%, it will fail when you need it the most to succeed. The RNG gods can smell fear.

    I mean it.

Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

Why should they have to check their math? You were warned that there was a 20% chance it wouldn't succeed per attempt, and instead of spending 1 extra you decide to have a go 2 more times. Now from my calculations you ended up spending and extra 15 purples when you could of spent 9.

Your correct. Looks like these wannabe crafters need to be less selfish with spending their points.
