Character Builder?

Is there a decent up to date character skill builder out there?
One which shows character stats as well would be nice, so you can work out where to place those important skill points.
I have found a couple but none that have the stats on them too, just wondered if anyone here knew of any good ones that have been updated.

I like that the Teso calculator at least mentions that it was updated for ESO 2.0.1.

The massyx.de, with all due respect, does not indicate it is up-to-date with which ESO version.

Does not name its update version,
but as they are the creators/maintainers of the Minion software, I presume they are up-to-date.
