Can't find 16th Skyshard in Shadowfen

"in the depths of debatchery" or something of the sort, it is listed last on the Shadowfen list so I assume it is the 16th. The various sites that published maps with skyshard locations seem to disagree on the placement of skyshard, at least on numbering sequence. Does anybody know off hand where I should look?

Give that a try bud, I use this site to find my shards. Hopefully they are right on 16 for you. And they do number the shards according to their placement in the achievement.

✭✭✭✭✭Anything that says "depths" is probably in a public dungeon. I'd check any roads on the map that end abruptly without any landmarks.----

As Nerevarine says, the "depths" is the clue it is in an underground location.
Do to the way the In-game map works the people making the skyshard maps mark the above-ground location where they found the shard, while underground.
You will have to search the area around the map marker to find the dungeon entrance. As is with this case,the suggestion regarding, roads suddenly ending, the maps shows a road doing that very thing in the neighborhood.

Schmackei✭✭I use the add-on Skyshards - by Garkin available at the esoui site. It isnt intrusive. It adds an icon on the map of where they are located, and you can set it for your hud nav bar at the top too. proven very handy for those missing couple in each zone.0
