What Class should I choose?

MrFeakenGary333
Normally in other mmo's I am either priest or magician otherwise known as wizard.I am also very cappable of any other class commonly warrior , nightwalker, summoner. Tend to have issues with archers due to most games requires alot skill of moving and shooting which usually isn't my style. I perfer to move in close and attack. Currently been a major leader in a different game for last 5 years but passing the torch on to one my officers to form a guild here to add to the games of my guild. Cause lets face it this game looks pretty epic over all. Let me know what you think . Thanks Gary

Well you can basically perform any of the roles with any class, so it really comes down to what kind of basic class abilities you want beyond the weapon based stuff.

It sounds like templar (if you want more healing focused) or sorcerer (if you want more casting damage focused). You can still heal or do magic damage even with nightblades and dragon knights, though.

Yeah thanks Templar will prob be my main. In most games I am supporting my guild or party members with a healer. Although at same time I tend to love to lead the pack which can be a issue in certain situations. Most likely I will level capp all classes like I did in my current main game. But the advice helps I will give Templar my first start. thanks !

Keep in mind that at level 15, you can switch weapons in combat, with two different power load-outs in your hotbar. This means that even on your Templar, you can switch back and forth between a healer with a restoration staff, and a damage dealing-mage with a destruction staff. You will have enough skill points to do well at both.

Which is one of the things I like most in this game. I plan to have about 4 builds of different weapons and skills just on my Sorcerer.

Sweet sounds great. Now just to find the time to play. Work 70-80 hours a week.

As said before, any class can be a capable healer with a restoration staff.

    What you can also do:
    be a tanky sorcerer
be a cloth-wearing pyromaniac dragon knight
be a ranged direct damage templar
be a support heals 2h sword wielding nightblade

I just threw those together off the top of my head but I've seen them being played at one point or another
