Getting back to Khenarthi's Roost

I need some help please. I left Khenarthi's Roost before getting all of the skyshards. I looked for a while and thought I had them all. So I took a boat to Auridon, where I discovered that there is an achievement log on the journal section that helps you know if you found them all and gives you a little riddle to help you along. So I went back to the boat that brought me to Auridon thinking that they would just ship me back for a day trip and I could find my shards and head back. But no such luck.

Long story short. I need to get back to Khenarthi's Roost from Auridon. Is there any way to do this? Or have I forfeited those shards forever?

Use the wayshrines.

Oh wow I didn't realize that the wayshrines could transport you to a different zone. Thank you! I will try it as soon as I get home!

Just be sure to go to a wayshrine and transport from wayshrine to wayshrine for free (many players don't do this, and incur costs to use a wayshrine from the open field ... probably based on other games like GW2 where the equivalent costs money no matter what, which is not the case here). If you click E on a wayshrine, you will open the map with all of the shrines highlighted that you have discovered. Right clicking decreases the magnification, so do that and you will see KR available, and just click on the shrine there.
